Planning Vision was commissioned by a community group (Save Queensway Quay Marina) representative of local residents, businesses and other concerned members of the community to organise, design for and manage community consultation seeking extensive feedback from the residents of Gibraltar regarding a large-scale development proposal focused on 3 individual sites within one of the local marinas and the residential surrounding area, comprising of a 120 room hotel, 45 apartments and an office development with ancillary uses.

The proposed initial concept designs have been and continue to be extensively consulted on with local residents with Planning Vision team leading on the public consultation and outreach whilst guiding the group through the process ahead of the submission of planning application in respect of the initial concept by providing them with independent town planning advice and guidance.
