Planning Vision was commissioned to assist a Client in appealing a planning application refused by the Development and Planning Commission (DPC). Upon reviewing details of the case and grounds for refusal, PV developed a strategy and prepared an Appeal Statement in support of the planning appeal against the refusal of the planning application, setting out the Appellant’s case in support of the proposal.
The case is currently awaiting a date for the Appeal Tribunal hearing.
