Planning Vision was approached to deliver a residential estate beautification project seeking full planning permission for the rejuvenation and enhancement of the estate’s external shared spaces, encompassing 3D Visualisation, a topographical survey, landscaping design plan, façade treatment options report, eco-roof treatment report, the provision of additional parking spaces, new external leisure areas, bbq area, swimming pool area, awnings and new estate entrance signage.
The project is currently underway.
